Allround the Agency was founded by Emma Demollin. Emma has set up two business of her own, and next to this, has over five years of experience as a freelancer in design, strategy, branding, and marketing. She works from both Amsterdam and Canggu, Bali.

The services are designed for starting freelancers, creatives, and entrepreneurs who want to work independently but don’t know where to begin. Whether you’re just starting out or already taken steps but looking for more structure and direction; there’s an offer suited to your stage.

The offering consists of two main services: webinars/ talks and an 8-week online course (“Freelancing 101”). All services are available both online and in person. Apart from this, you’ll also find a jobboard here with (remote) job opportunities worldwide and a supportive networking community.

The course is a step-by-step 8-week program with 24 hours of live group sessions (3 hours per week). You’ll be guided from A-Z in launching your freelance career and you’ll learn everything about branding, positioning, pricing, client acquisition, portfolio building, and the legal and structural setup of your freelance business.

The launch price is €850 including VAT. After the launch period, the regular price will be €1,200 including VAT.

Included in the course: a 1-on-1 check-in halfway through the program, plenty of helpful tools, templates and frameworks, full recordings and handouts after each session, individual WhatsApp support when needed, and free access for 2 months to the international job board (coming soon).

No, no prior freelance experience is required. The course is specifically designed for people who are just starting out or considering making the transition to self-employment.

These are practical, honest presentations of 60-75 minutes that give beginners a clear picture of the freelance life. Topics include what freelancing really involves, common mistakes, remote work, and designing a career on your own terms.

An online talk costs €45 including VAT. For in-person talks, the price depends on the location. Each talk includes a Q&A, handout, and one follow-up question via WhatsApp.

Yes, there is an active WhatsApp networking group (currently only available for Bali and The Netherlands) for creatives, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.
