Hi, I'm Emma. I’m the founder of Allround the Agency.
Over the past five years I've built my own path as a freelancer and creative allrounder in branding, design, marketing and strategy. I started by setting up a business from scratch in Amsterdam. I handled everything from concept and branding to contracts, legal structure, website design, marketing and interior design. Later I took my work remote and built a life between Amsterdam and Bali.
Along the way I learned what it really takes to work independently. Not just creative skills but clarity, confidence, structure and the courage to start before everything feels ready.
While freelancing I noticed the same questions coming back again and again from others. "How do I get started?" "How do I find clients?" "How do I price my work?" and "How do I build a portfolio and a life on my own terms?"
That's where Allround the Agency was born.
Today I use everything I've learned to guide freelancers and starting entrepreneurs through their first steps into independent work. From branding and marketing to real-life business setup and remote working. Not through theory but through hands-on guidance, practical tools and real action.

My vision with Allround the Agency is clear. To create a space where freelancing becomes a real and tangible path, not just an idea people dream about. Starting something of your own is scary. Most of that fear is the unknown and not knowing where to start. I built Allround to make starting something of your own feels less overwhelming, more possible and fully supported. I believe everyone has the ability to build a life filled with freedom. They just need the right guidance and tools to get there. Allround the Agency is my way of showing what's possible when you stop waiting for the right moment and just go for it, following your ideas.
MISSION
Allround the Agency started as a quiet idea. It’s something I carried with me while building my own path, freelancing from Bali and helping others do the same. It slowly grew into a brand with a clear mission: to support freelancers and starting entrepreneurs in building confidence, clarity and a life designed on their own terms.
