Due to the nature of digital services (including online talks, courses, recordings and downloadable materials), all sales are final once access has been provided, unless otherwise stated on the specific service or product page.
Refunds will not be issued for:

2. Events, Workshops and Talks
For paid events, workshops or talks:

Refund eligibility and cancellation deadlines are clearly stated on the event or booking page.

If an event is cancelled by Allround The Agency, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be offered.
3. Free Services
Free services, including introductory or discovery calls, are non-refundable as no payment is required.
4. Cancellations by the Customer
If you are unable to attend a paid service or event:
