Allround The Agency is the data controller for the processing of your personal data within the
meaning of data protection legislation (GDPR).

This privacy notice applies to:

• users of the Jobboard (employers/clients and freelancers/candidates);
• individuals who subscribe to our newsletter, events or webinars;

5. On what legal grounds do we process data?
We process your data on the basis of:

Performance of a contract – for example, when you purchase an online programme, community membership or job board service.

Legitimate interest – such as improving our services, securing our systems and displaying relevant content, provided your interests do not override these.

Consent – for example, for newsletters (where required) and for processing sensitive data (such as health information) in coaching, or for using your testimonial outside the community.
If we process your data on the basis of consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
This does not apply retrospectively.
6. How long do we retain your data?
We do not retain your data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, unless we are legally obliged to retain it for longer.
Generally, we apply the following:

Account and usage data: for as long as you actively use the online learning environment, community or job board, and for up to 1 year after your last activity, unless you request deletion earlier and this is compatible with our obligations.

Invoicing and administrative data: 7 years (statutory tax retention obligation).

Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or we decide to stop the mailing.
7. Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell your data to third parties. We only share it where necessary for the provision of our services or where we are legally obliged to do so.

8. Community and Jobboard: visibility and responsibility

Please consider carefully what data you share there; you remain responsible for what you post in these environments.

We moderate content in accordance with our Community Terms, Jobboard Terms and Moderation Protocols, but cannot check every contribution in advance.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website and online environment use cookies and similar technologies. We explain this in more detail in our separate cookie policy, where you can also find out how to adjust your preferences.
