Community Code of Conduct
Version: 1.0
Effective date: 20 August 2026
Scope: This Code of Conduct applies to all communities within the Allround The Agency online environment.
We want our community to be a safe, inspiring and pleasant place. This Code of Conduct sets out what we expect from one another as participants.
1. Treating one another with respect
1.1 We treat one another with respect, even when we disagree.

1.2 This means, amongst other things:

-
no swearing, personal attacks or derogatory remarks;
-
no bullying, shaming or publicly ‘tearing down’ others;
-
no threats or aggressive language – not even as a joke.

1.3 We address behaviour, not the person, their background or identity.
2. No discrimination or hate
2.1 There is no place for discrimination on the grounds of, for example, race, skin colour, origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, health or disabilities.

2.2 Hateful, racist, sexist or otherwise discriminatory comments are not permitted.

2.3 Humour is allowed, provided it is not at the expense of groups or individuals in a way that is hurtful or exclusionary.
3. Confidentiality and privacy
3.1 We treat what others share personally as confidential.

3.2 You must not share private or sensitive information about other participants outside the community, unless they have given their express consent.

3.3 Use screenshots with care: in principle, posts in the community are not intended to be shared outside the online learning environment.

3.4 Also consider your own privacy: share only what you genuinely wish to share and what is necessary for the discussion.
4. Content of posts
4.1 We encourage:

-
asking questions, even if you find it daunting;
-
sharing experiences and insights from which others can learn;
-
giving constructive feedback, with the intention of helping.

4.2 The following are not permitted:

-
gossip, defamation and the deliberate damaging of someone’s reputation;
-
pornographic, extremely violent or otherwise shocking content;
-
links or tips that incite illegal or dangerous activities.

4.3 Discussions are welcome, provided they are substantive and respectful. We do not tolerate “flame wars” or arguments in the community.
5. Advertising, promotion and DMs
5.1 The community is primarily for learning, sharing and connecting – not as a purely advertising platform.

5.2 You may mention your work, services or offerings if they are relevant to a question or discussion, and in moderation.

5.3 Not permitted:

-
repeated, standalone promotional posts without contextual relevance;
-
mass promotion via private messages (DM sales) to other participants;
-
spam in any form whatsoever.

5.4 If we create specific times or spaces where promotion is permitted (for example, a dedicated “promote your offer” post), we will make this clearly known.
6. Intellectual property and sources
6.1 Only post content (text, images, audio) that you have created yourself or for which you have permission.

6.2 Respect copyright and other intellectual property rights. Do not copy large sections from paid training courses, books or third-party programmes.

6.3 If you wish to share a source (book, article, video), please credit the creator and source.
7. Sensitive topics and advice
7.1 The community is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

7.2 Exercise caution when offering ‘definite advice’ in these areas. It is better to share experiences (‘this worked for me…’) than to make diagnoses or offer guarantees (‘this is the solution’).

7.3 In the event of serious concerns or problems, we always encourage you to consult a professional.
8. Breaches and consequences
8.1 If you see a post that you believe breaches this code of conduct or the community terms and conditions, please report it via the reporting procedure rather than engaging in a public dispute.

8.2 For minor breaches: 8.3 For repeated or serious breaches, we may: 8.4 In very serious cases (e.g. threats, serious harassment, clear discrimination or other suspected criminal offences), we may consider taking further action, including informing the relevant authorities.
9. Relationship with other documents
-
we will usually contact you first;
-
we will explain what does not comply with the rules;
-
we will ask you to amend or remove your post.
-
hide or remove posts (temporarily or permanently);
-
temporarily suspend you;
-
terminate your access to the community.

9.1 This Code of Conduct forms an integral part of:

-
the Community Terms and Conditions;
-
the Community Reporting Procedure;
-
the Moderation Protocol;
-
the Consent Form for the Publication of Community Content;
-
the Privacy Policy of Allround The Agency.

9.2 By using the community, you agree to this Code of Conduct and to the other documents applicable to the community within our online learning environment.
