1. Introduction

This Legal Notice applies to all content, services, products, and materials provided by Allround The Agency (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing this website, purchasing services, or using any materials provided by the Company, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set out below.
 

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content created and provided by Allround The Agency, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials

  • Workshop and talk presentations

  • Hand-outs and downloadable resources

  • Frameworks, strategies, and methodologies

  • Text, designs, graphics, branding, and logos

  • Videos, recordings, and digital products

(collectively referred to as the “Content”) is the exclusive property of Allround The Agency.
 

All Content is protected under applicable copyright laws and international intellectual property regulations.

3. Permitted Use

The Content is provided solely for personal use or internal business use by the individual or organization that has purchased or been granted access to it.

You may not use the Content for any commercial purpose unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Allround The Agency.
 

4. Prohibited Use

Without prior written consent, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any Content

  • Sharing Content with third parties (including colleagues, friends, or online audiences)

  • Uploading Content to public or private platforms, including social media, cloud drives, or internal company systems beyond agreed use

  • Selling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Content

  • Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on the Content

  • Using the Content to create competing products, services, or trainings
     

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.
 

5. Confidentiality

Certain materials, strategies, and business methods shared by Allround The Agency are confidential and proprietary.

By accessing the Content, you agree to treat all non-public information as strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
 

6. Enforcement & Penalties

In the event of a breach of these terms, Allround The Agency reserves the right to take immediate legal action.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Content will result in:

  • A contractual penalty of €5,000 per violation

  • An additional penalty of €500 for each day the violation continues
     

This is without prejudice to the Company’s right to claim full compensation for any damages suffered, including but not limited to financial loss, reputational damage, and legal costs.
 

7. Monitoring & Investigation

Allround The Agency reserves the right to monitor usage of its Content and investigate any suspected violations of these terms.
 

8. Third-Party Use & Licensing

Any request to use, reproduce, or distribute Content must be submitted in writing and explicitly approved by Allround The Agency.

Licensing agreements may be granted under specific conditions and will be subject to separate contractual terms.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and valuable information, Allround The Agency shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Content.
 

10. Governing Law

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising in connection with this notice shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
